What do you do as a summer substitute with us?As a summer substitute, you will help with everything from keeping green areas tidy to assisting our tenants in feeling comfortable in their homes. Cleaning, gardening, and a bit of fixing here and there – all with a smile and team spirit! You will substitute for our regular property managers when they are on well-deserved leave.

Are you like us?

We are looking for someone who loves to provide service, thrives in social situations, and can bring a bit of humor to everyday life. Perhaps you are studying and want a meaningful summer with extra money? Or are you ready to gain work experience and showcase your superpowers for future opportunities? If you also have a B driver's license, that is an extra merit.

When can you work?We offer three different periods:

• Period 1: June 15 – July 17 (5 weeks)

• Period 2: July 20 – August 14 (4 weeks)

• Period 3: June 15 – August 14 (9 weeks)

Indicate in your application which period suits you best! You can specify multiple periods.

This is what your day looks like:You will start from one of our three area offices, and after a quick coffee or tea with colleagues, you will go through the day's tasks together. Then it's time to roll up your sleeves and get started! You will work inside our stairwells and common areas with cleaning and other maintenance, take care of green areas, keep things clean and tidy, and meet our tenants with a smile.

What happens next?Once we have received all applications, we will make a selection and then invite candidates for shorter interviews with us at Bostäder i Borås. During these interviews, we will have the chance to get to know you a bit better. These interviews will take place during February and March, and only after that will we be able to inform you if you will be offered the job.
